Allworth Homes has announced the opening of its new display centre in Shell Cove, expanding on its success in the region. Officially opening for business on the 12th July, Shell Cove Display Home is by the beachside on the beautiful South Coast in the Illawarra region.
Other Allworth centres on the South Coast include Twin Waters in South Nowra and Brooks Reach, at Horsley.
Allworth will be showcasing three new home designs that cater for the coastal living lifestyle. All designs have an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens onto the outside alfresco dining area, which is perfect for entertaining guests. With these new designs Allworth strives to really embed the brand into the local culture of the region. The centre will also demonstrate the evolution of the company’s designs they continuously innovate to suit the way we live today.

The three houses on display are the ‘Pembrey’, ‘Sebring’ and a brand new design, the ‘Carlisle’.
The Pembrey
