Am now past the 3 month mark of moving into my house. All is great, beautiful and everything works like a treat. What a great house. Not a settling crack.
After handover, my site supervisor (Wayne-Newcastle) rectified the issues in a quick time frame. Very slight issues to sort now with small adjustment with a shower screen. But geez, if that’s the biggest issue. What a wonderful job Allworth did!

Mel and I are thrilled that we had Allworth build our first home this year. From day one when Mel and I walked into the Chisolm office and met the lovely ladies there we knew we had made the right choice to build with Allworth.
Being first home buyers it was great to have the support we received from the team at Chisholm. The 9 steps to owning your new home we received from Chisholm was a great help because it helped us to know what we had to do next within the process.
The team at the Newcastle construction office and the Parramatta customer service team were also very helpful and guided us through all the paperwork and answered any question we had. Our site supervisor was also very good to deal with and has always managed any concerns we had quickly and effectively.
Last but not least all the contractors Allworth had working on our house did a fantastic job and we are so happy and could not thank them enough for their efforts.

As a first home owner it’s a great nightmare to choose the right builder. We looked at lots of builders and finally end up with Allworth homes. As the name itself says “Allworth”, it’s definitely meant to be. The sales consultants in Chisholm were very helpful and they never gave false words and promises just for the sake of getting people. I say this because we experienced this with couple of other builders. Allworth people stood up to their words, prepared everything on time as they said. The Harmony 13 offers a great house with 4 bedrooms, combined living/ dining room, separate loungeroom, media room (5th bedroom if you wish) and an alfresco. We went to a lot of the builders and we found Allworth to be very competitive with what you received. Upgrades to the home i.e. door handles, extension to benchtop, extra cupboards etc are at a very reasonable price.
