Matt and Ultra finishes are both optional upgrades and are not included in the no-cost upgrade promotion. This promotion is conditional upon client meeting required checkpoints as follows: file submitted within 60 days of initial deposit, acceptance of tender by client within 30 days of file being submitted, building contract signed by client within 30 days of tender. The client cannot transfer a promotional item and if all the upgrade items are not used in the client’s home, there will be no credit or cash offered in lieu.
