The key person at the start was Christine in the sales office, our experience started positively from the moment we entered the sales at Warnervale and the dozens of questions we had Christine answered with confidence. We had been looking at houses for over 12 months and with the new designs of Allworth at Warnervale we were amazed and Christine answered all questions then with Graham supported with the drive we delivered what I can honestly say after this being our third build the easiest development we have ever had, not to forget this house has alot of changes and not a standard build. Our experience continues to support us with Tanya in head office which has supported us since again brilliantly. It was also nice that Christine called prior to Christmas to wish us a merry festive season and just checking in everything was on track, this is customer service at its best.
